Ep050 - The Decay of Lead Generation Channels, and What to Do About It
Have you noticed that everything you do to generate leads becomes more difficult and less successful every year, month, and week? We have too, and we have a suggestion for you.
1) Experiment with 5 or so channels, keeping 1-2 core channels you can use 2) Evaluate what's working and what's not, and dump the least successful channel every 3-6 months 3) Be on the lookout for new lead generation options and add one to replace the one you dumped 4) Continue the cycle ad infinitum
